Today
Agents send their own sheets. Someone copies them into a master file, fixes the totals and emails it midweek.
After we automate it
The report builds itself from the source files every Monday at 7:00 AM, and a live dashboard shows today's numbers any time.
Today
Stock is counted on Friday, typed into a separate file and checked against sales by hand. Stockouts are found by customers.
After we automate it
Every delivery, sale and adjustment updates a running balance, and low-stock alerts tell you what to reorder before you run out.
Today
Messages come in all day in everyone's own words. Someone retypes each one into the order sheet and hopes nothing was missed.
After we automate it
Customers and agents use a simple order form, or messages are read into structured lines that a person confirms. Every order lands in one sheet.
Today
Aging is worked out from invoice lists at month end, and reminders depend on someone remembering.
After we automate it

Build and hand over
We build in short cycles, show progress by recorded video and hand over documentation your team can follow.
Hi, I'm AJ. I've spent years in operations-heavy tech roles keeping systems reliable: integrations, incident handling and the unglamorous work of making things run every day. Kusa is how I bring that to growing businesses that still run on spreadsheets.
You'll deal with me directly, in writing, and I'll tell you honestly if something isn't worth automating.
What you can expect
You own what we build
Scripts, files, dashboards and documentation live in your accounts. No lock-in and no licence you didn't know about.
Built on what you already use
Google Workspace, Excel, your accounting or inventory system. We add what's missing instead of replacing everything.
Scope and price in writing
Every project has a written scope and a fixed fee before work starts. Changes are agreed before they're billed.
Careful with your data
We ask for the minimum access needed, work from sample data where we can and sign an NDA on request.
Before you send a brief
More answers in the full FAQ.
Do we have to get on a call?
No. You send a short project brief, we reply in writing with questions and a recorded walkthrough of how we'd solve it. If you prefer to talk, we're happy to.
What does it cost to ask?
Nothing. Reading your brief and replying with a suggested next step is free. Paid work only starts after you've seen a fixed price in writing.
What if it breaks after handover?
Defects in our work are fixed free for 90 days. After that, a care plan or an hour bank covers fixes and small changes.
Do you work with businesses outside the Philippines?
Yes. Everything is delivered remotely, and clients outside the Philippines are invoiced in US dollars through Wise, Payoneer or PayPal.
Send us the report you dread making every week.
Send a short project brief. It takes about five minutes, and we reply in writing within one business day, Philippine time.
